  Japan was struck by a  horrifying 8.9 magnitude earthquake which lead to a devastating tsunami leaving hundreds dead. Tens of thousands lost their homes and there are hundreds missing. Japanese media says the death toll will exceed 1,000. Our hearts go out to the Japanese people.
