Why are people against Gay Marriage?

I don’t understand why people are so homophobic towards the gays. Recently a judge rules in favor of gay marriage. On TV they show how the protesters (most Christian) defending the Holy Bible against the preposterous (according to them) decision the judge made. This fight has been ongoing for weeks. As I mentioned once I have a problem understanding people and their actions. I am going to specify why I can’t understand why people are against gay marriage. Catholic Priests’ endless scandals

On Curaçao, about 75% of the population are Christians, mainly Roman Catholic. Worldwide catholic is one of the largest religion group also. I don’t think their beliefs are a secret to the world and especially the controversial ways the priests, nuns and all that are working for this organization must behave. This week the Pope apologized for the Irish priests and their committed abuses against the Irish people. I wonder why? Why apologize? Read more…

Why do religious people think that their religion is the best?

I’ll start by saying that I’m not a religious person.  I do not share the concept that most have of God. What ticks me off is when religious people judge the non-religious ones. Some will try to make you understand why you are wrong by not being religious while others will persuade you into believing that their religion is the only truth. As if it were enough, in the process they’ll try recruiting you to be a part of their cause as well.
