The drug cartels in Colombia are willing to pay anything to develop new ways of technology to smuggle drugs in the United States. The Clinton administration passed the legislation “Plan Colombia” to aid the country with Billions in military support to help bring to an end the cultivation and transportation of cocaine. By the end of June, it’s expected that the US will close down 45 schools in the state of Detroit only. It’s expected that another 100 will also close throughout the nation. Many believe that the consequences of these actions of shutting down the schools may be far a greater cost than what they are trying to save now.
