Narco-subs is the new method to smuggle drugs
The drug cartels in Colombia are willing to pay anything to develop new ways of technology to smuggle drugs in the United States. The Clinton administration passed the legislation “Plan Colombia” to aid the country with Billions in military support to help bring to an end the cultivation and transportation of cocaine. Up and till today they had somewhat success because for the past 10 years, the cultivation of cocaine dropped 29% in Colombia. Read more…
