I don’t know about you guys, but I try to have as many wireless things as possible in my home. I just hate wires because you need to hide them, the get tangled, and a lot of times need to be replaced and it really takes a lot of work especially if they’re in a bundle. Students from the Massachusetts Institute of technology came up with this brilliant idea that could be implemented in third world countries where electricity privileges is scarce and the homes are dark even during the day.
There have been some rumors on the internet that this has been around for over five years in Brazil and that it was the invention of a mechanic. The next video was uploaded in 2008 so clearly the Brazilian guy came up with this.
Just fill a two-liters soda bottle with water and two caps of bleach so that it’ll produce light during the day with the help of Sun-light. Please share this with as many people as possible, may be every home eventually won’t need wired lamps as people will invent new types of lamps that works around this affordable technology.
