On June 30th, China opened a new bridge of 50.41 kilometers (26.4 miles) long over water. This marvelous recrd breaking bridge is called “Jiaozhou Bay Bridge” and if you noticed, it stretches for a span longer than a marathon.It only took China 4 years to built this bridge and the funny thing about it is that it only saves travelers 19 minutes or 30.54 km of travel-time.
