Did you watch the movie based on Facebook, “The Social Network”? If you did, you’d know that Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, the twins that are suing Mark Zuckerberg because according to them Zuckerberg stole their idea for Facebook. Nevertheless, the brothers have previously received a substantial multi-million-dollar settlement from the whole Facebook trial.
The Winklevoss twins tried relentlessly to get their case in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals untill the court finally shut them down. Therefore the only option left for the twins to get their case heard by the Supreme Court.
You gotta love the persistence of these guys. They just won’t give up. Some people think that they are greedy bastards, and others think that so much perseverance must have meaning of some therefore their claims could be as well be true. But at the end no one knows but them and Zuckerberg of course.
