Mexico – The Argentine national assistant, Marcia Celeste Fernández Babio, of 24 years of age was arrested and charged with quadruple attempted homicide for poisoning the Venezuelan actress and family. A former police officer who just lost his job went mad and took a busload of tourists from Hong Kong hostage in the Philippines on Sunday. The madman shot and killed 8, wounded 7 before he was shot in the head by the police. Apparently his initial plan was to get a free lift but the tour guide refused to give him a ride without pay.
