Apple and AT&T are being sued!
This is exciting! I really hope these people win this case. As many as you already know, Apple released its new iPhone 4 on June 23rd this year. Not long after its release, people started complaining about calls being dropped. Most realized that the calls are being dropped when your hands came in contact with the antenna. 
Evidently Apple did not do a thorough job of testing the phones for every possible defect. I believe they tested the phones when they were off! This sloppy work. People expect these things from Microsoft but I think not even them would let something like this slide. I would fire the whole engineering department immediately. After that I would fire myself as well as the CEO.
A lawsuit was filed by Ward & Ward, PLLC and Charles A. Gilman, LLC. on behalf of Kevin McCaffrey, Linda Wrinn and a number of other people against Apple and AT&T regarding the antenna problem of the new iPhone 4.
