First of all don’t get me wrong! I absolutely have nothing against the sport but truthfully I find the name to be very unfit. I’m not a fan of this sport because I don’t get it! It has too many rules that I don’t get and I am not interested in. It’s like a nine year old invented it a long time ago and they just kept adding rules after rules. I believe that they still do! Yet it is the most popular sport in the USA.
For instance, basketball you know that they have to dribble the ball and shoot in the basket. Water polo you have to throw the ball in the goal. Simple sports you can understand. Now baseball is a bit more complicated but I like baseball. It has the excitement in it, to hit the ball out of the park and bring as many runs in as you can. But “American Football” is rather dull, it’s called football but they hardly touch the ball with their feet. They should really change its name and call it “Handball” instead. Throughout the world the only sport identified as football is what the Americans call soccer.
