An unbelievable Dominican party!!

Today I received an email from my little sister titled: “Birthday party for a 5 year old in the Dominican Republic”.
I opened the email and I got a link to a video. (Take a moment and watch this video) Did you watch it? In my life I have never ever seen something as vulgar and nauseating. They’re children! I hope that the children aren’t really aware of what they’re doing but somehow I don’t. I wonder what the parents of the children thought when they watched the video.

5 tips to keep relationships fresh (Part II)

Spice up your sex life
Do things you have never done before, be spontaneous! Some people consider role playing tacky and outdated, but studies have shown that role playing keeps the sex life interesting. My husband and I do it at least once a week, role playing I mean. We even bought costumes!
Advice: Dear readers, it is highly importance for you to have the keys to the handcuffs before you handcuff yourself or your partner! You really don’t want to experience being handcuffed without a key and no experience whatsoever in picking locks.

World Cup 2010: Stab Vests 4 sale

This fragment is the funniest thing I’ve seen on the News this week. A London based company wants to sell stab-vests to visiting football fans during the World Cup in South Africa. South Africa’s authorities condemned this action and believe that it will cause unnecessary fear. Football fans all over the globe condemned this vest as well. “You can add your country’s flag on the vest also” stated the company owner. He said that these vests are being sold to the security conscious people.

Global Warming or Global Phony

My brother’s friend asked me yesterday if I believe that Global Warming is a fact. I really didn’t have a yes or no answer for him but as usual I shared a piece of my mind. For the last 4 years many people have been made aware of Global Warming. Many are cutting their carbon dioxide output by saving energy, driving hybrid cars, recycling and you name it.

Mean Girls

Not too long ago my 13 year old niece sent me an email asking what I did when a classmate was teasing and picking on me when I was in school. I then called her via skype and asked her if she was being bullied at school. I know I shouldn’t have asked her because of course she is going to deny everything. She told me that it was for a friend. I grew up in Curaçao and my niece currently lives in Georgia, USA.

5 tips to keep relationships fresh (Part I)

Fights
Call me crazy if you want but fights definitely keep a relationship fresh. It’s healthy to have fights now and then with your partner as long as it’s not too much. Keep in mind though that fighting everyday is not healthy! Usually for many couples after fighting comes the make-up sex.

Relationships then and now

Nowadays relationships don’t last as they used to in the early 20th century and the centuries before that. Why?

I guess most of you know already that in those times people were afraid of being an outcast in the world of righteousness. God forbids someone getting a divorce in those times! Even if you did, you’ll have to move to another state or country.
